Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ZAutopilot ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your information.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the password you choose (stored only as a secure hash).
• Licence and device information: your licence key, a fingerprint of your computer made from hardware identifiers and stored as a one-way hash, the app version and your plan. We use this to apply your plan, give each computer one free trial and stop licence sharing.
• Game account identifiers: the in-game player ID of each game account you run with ZAutopilot. We use it to apply your plan's account limit and to give each game account one free trial. We do not collect your game password or log in to your game account.
• Telegram: if you connect Telegram, the chat ID that alerts are sent to.
• Usage and diagnostics: which features are on, error reports and basic logs, so we can fix problems and know when an update has broken something.
• Network information: your IP address when the app or website contacts us, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Support messages: what you write to us in the support chat.
• Referrals: which account referred you, and the rewards earned.
• Payments: payments are handled by our payment providers. We receive your subscription status, the amount, the date and the country, but never your full card number.

2. What the app does not collect

ZAutopilot reads the game's screen on your computer in order to work. Those screenshots are processed on your computer and are not uploaded to us, except a single screenshot attached to an error report when you choose to send one. The app does not read your files, your browser or other programs.

3. The website

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It remembers the language you pick in your browser's own storage, which never leaves your device. When you press Download we record the date, your country (worked out from your connection, not stored as an address), your device type and, if you arrived through a referral link, that link's code. To count each visitor once a day we keep a one-way hash of your IP address that changes every day and cannot be turned back into the address. A referral link sets one cookie holding its code for 30 days so the referral can be credited.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run ZAutopilot: our hosting provider, our payment providers and Telegram (for the alerts you ask for). Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our users and services from fraud and abuse.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and licence information while your account is open. We keep device fingerprints and game account identifiers for as long as needed to prevent repeated free trials, even after you close your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Logs and diagnostics are deleted after 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain uses or complaining to a data protection authority. Write to us at the address below and we will answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Information is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and device identifiers are stored as one-way hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you trust us with.

8. International transfers

Our servers and providers may be located outside your country. When we transfer information across borders, we use providers that protect it to the standard this policy describes.

9. Children

ZAutopilot is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
